love it... keep recipes coming! also... question for you loyal slow cooker users: can you usually let your meals cook on low for as long as 11-12 hours? I usually see 8-10 listed for low but I need it to go a little longer... think it's OK and won't dry out if cooking that long?

Anything can be dangerous, but ICE CREAM is the biggie! I could have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So instead I go to McD's for their ice cream cones. :)

I currently am in a boot for a broken foot... have been for almost 4 weeks now and have another 3 weeks to go. I keep telling myself to at least do some upper body weights or SOMETHING but so far haven't. I am just being tight with my food plan and logging every little bite. This thread is a few months old but I wondered if those who were going under 1200 calories at the time had success? My doctor had recommended I try eating around 800 calories a day, which some days is doable... other days much harder!

Thanks! Exercise... great question! ;) I broke my foot October 11th and am currently hobbling around in a boot. I go back for yet another xray November 28, so in the meantime, most exercise I would likely do is out of the question.
