I am still trying to figure out how my is binge eating, if anyone can reply it will be helpful. My target calorie intake is 1300 calories, max I got 200 or 300 calories more. Is that bing eating, please advise. Me - 3 Binge 0

April 15 - 21 Me - 4 Binge - 3 It is so difficult to eat within the 1500 calorie mark. When I mean binge I go max to 1900 when I don't excercise
