Once in awhile when I log food in my diary and I'm done for the day, it'll tell me I'm in starvation mode, even though I only have roughly 200 calories left or so. Thats a great idea too! I have a skinny sister, whose looks intimidate me. So there's motivator #1. Otherwise looking in the mirror, seeing myself in home videos or pics...that woke me up too. I agree! Of course I have no helpful tips as I'm kind of suffering the same problem! I think it gets colder out and people tend to stay indoors more so it seems all there is to do is eat. :/

Over several years my mind has changed. Its come down to me wanting to own my own bakery, or I would LOVE to work for the magazine Cosmopolitan! BUT those arent exactly realistic to me, so....I'm undecided. I may never know! :/

I LOVE Leslie Sansone! There are different DVD's you can look into as well. Some are more mild, and some are intense and have various levels of burning calories and "walking that fat away." I'm in! Nothing is worse than snacking really really late and you know your regretting it! My cut off is 10 pm only cuz I'm a bit of a night owl most days and I dont have a set eating schedule. Although, tonight I caved in. So I'll get on it tomorrow. Right now it stands at ME: 0 LNS:1
