I've never heard such bs, of cause your supposed to drink water before during and after meals. If you didn't when the hell would you drink you'd be dehydrated.

I prefer to exercise in the mornig too, it wakes me up and I can face the rest of the day feeling good because I've already done my exercise. Also if you leave it to the end of the day you may not have the energy or the motivation to exercise.

well don't forget with exercise your body builds muscle wich weighs more than fat, so that may be the reason why your not appearing lighter on the scales. also as well its normal for us women to put on a few pounds when we are on our period, and then it comes straight off when where finished. don't forget aswell to vary…
