Which do you guys find is better, working out in the morning, or in the afternoon/evening. Or do you find it doesn't make a difference?

Doing it first thing in the morning ensures that you get the workout in for the day.. you don't give yourself a chance to come up with excuses! If my schedule allowed, I would prefer to work out in the morning. And I heard it keeps your heart rate up longer, so you burn more calories (it's not a significant number though, only like 10 more calories or something). Really whatever your schedule allows is best!0

I prefer to exercise in the mornig too, it wakes me up and I can face the rest of the day feeling good because I've already done my exercise. Also if you leave it to the end of the day you may not have the energy or the motivation to exercise.0
