Yes. That is the basics of weight loss. Calorie deficit! Doesn't matter what you eat.
-
i think you can use bodybugg for that.

Contrary to popular beliefs our bodies are not that sensitive. Also, intermittent fasting busted that myth of high meal frequency.

Pepsi max.

You can choose custom goals and adjust your macro percentage to suit your needs. BTW nice SHF 1MR tank.

Be advised that over-consumption of certain vitamins can be toxic.

You are right. Most of the multis sold are essentially garbage. Inferior ingredients are used and they are full of toxic heavy metals. There are some good products out there, but some effort is required by making sure it is tested and reading the labels to make sure the ingredients the ingredients are of good quality.

2300mg is the general dietary guideline.
-
It is a good idea to take multis. Most of us don't get sufficient amount of mircronutrients in the foods that we eat.

Its actually simple. Say if you need 2000 calories to maintain your weight. If you eat less than 2000 calories, you lose weight. Simple as that. You lose weight when there is a caloric deficit.

I've experimented over the years with different frequency, rep ranges and what not. Doing it frequently has never affected aesthetics, but it certainly affected strength. I know this isn't really a good answer for you, but it could depend on your goals. Since you are talking about aesthetics, the frequency doesn't matter.…

The calculator here is based off estimations, its not 100% accurate, but its pretty close.

I wouldn't worry about it. Unless you start having problems like gas.

Do some stomach vacuums!

Flax seed is my favorite. Adds, fiber, protein and fats. Tastes great as well.

You need to be eating more carbs to gain muscle. Sure you need higher protein than the average individual, but carbs spare protein. If you eat more carbs, you don't have to be consuming ridiculous amounts of protein.
-
It depends. For someone who has a lot to lose can lose it quick. It took me 4 months to lose 35 pounds. I was 12% bodyfat after that, so my starting weight wasn't really high.

Interesting stuff. Do you have the link to the study?
-
Can you share why you think its bad advice.

Nice find!

And the answer is simple. Little to none. You are spot on about the effect on satiety as well, which would cause people to consume more. What I dispute is the insulin resistance and eventual fructose-induced hypertension. That largely depends on dosing and context.
-
That only applies to someone eating too much.
-
Fructose has little to no effect on insulin levels!
