Mints/Altoids seemed to help. I would have a peanut butter toast/bagel before bed which sometimes seemed to help.

I've done some terrible eating and wimpy tracking lately, but getting back at it again today. So far so good! I have 7 pounds to go to be at goal!

30 weeks today and feeling great! The only negatives are that I can feel the fatigue creeping back in and I'm waking up a bit more often to switch positions/use the bathroom. I'm staying on track most days (+16.5 lbs.), and I've been able to use the elliptical machine at least three times per week. I think that's helping…

Drinking plenty of water is great for milk production if you plan to nurse. The excessive peeing is annoying, but it's worth it and so good for you! Hang in there, ladies!
