I found out in June that I was allergic to dairy and gluten and had to eliminate it from my diet. I found other ways to overeat though, so eliminating these things from your diet wont automaticallyu make you skinny.

I usualy post my ab workouts as calisthenics. I do it vigerously though with heart raising stuff like butt kicks when my rate drops I get it back up.
