I have just started back to fitness after a terrible year. I think leslie Sansone is great. There are 1,2, 3 and 5 mile workouts which are brilliant at home. I started a few weeks ago and do the exercises every other day and I've started walking in a rambling club most Sunday's. Fingers crossed I'm on the road to fitness…

Great I needed another soup. I will do it this week. Try Squash, red onion and pepper, cut up the same season to tase. let it cool and then blend. Thick and yummy and a free food. Enjoy.

Hi, I am from Birmingham so a bit more local, I have only been on the site a couple of weeks but it has given me lots of support. Like you hit the 60, might look it but don't feel it. I hope it gives you motivation. Good Luck!
