Hi - just found this great website. I though that the Livestrong website was good for tracking. This appears to be much better. I hope to get stuck in and lose all the horrible weight I've put on recently. Please let me have some news from all members but maybe from the more local ones in the UK.

    Hi, I am from Birmingham so a bit more local, I have only been on the site a couple of weeks but it has given me lots of support. Like you hit the 60, might look it but don't feel it. I hope it gives you motivation. Good Luck!
