After really kicking it into gear, I hit 5lbs and I'm in the 80's. Next stop, 70's!!

I work out on the elliptical for 30 minutes. Some stretching (similar to yoga)

Yea, I'm having the same problem. I'm hoping to break into the 80's by either this week, or next week (Fingers Crossed)
