Um...some people lose on the JM 30 day shred. I did it in Sept & did not lose. I am committed to doing it again, and am currently on day 16 and am GAINING. wow... all these good ideas made me try something with butternut squash today. And it was TASTY! Cut up 1 small butternut squash in slices. Removed seeds. Uumm... as others have said, you may want to have that knee xrayed or an MRI done of it. I HAVE a bad knee that needs to be replaced and yes they make that cruching/clunking noise. CLEANING HORSE STALLS - I added to the MFP exercise log, so others can use it too. I put it in as about the same as raking leaves in terms of calories burned. Since I clean 5 stalls a day, I usually put in at least 30 minutes of raking morning and night, so I count that as exercise. Just thought some of you horsey peeps…

Rode my horse Mango this morning... lots of trot/canter w/o stirrups! I am dripping! Did Day 22 of 30 day shred - first time doing level 3 - WOW am I sweating again ... I damn well better be losing some weight here !!!! We'll see what the scale says tomorrow, when we weigh-in!

I finished day 17 of 30 day shred today. did level 1 for warm-up AND then did level 2 for the first time! Wow! Impressed that I could do the Level 2 w/o, and also how much it made me sweat! Keep on keeping on! :) J

Well, Wish I had the same wonderful successes as everyone else... but, I have been faithful, & just ain't losing. I think adding the 30day shred to my daily list if to-do things is helping, as is upping my calories, so the body isn't bordering on starvation mode.
