It could just be your body type. I know since i have a bigger frame, the number on the scale doesn't really move but on the other hand I do lose inches. You should try looking at the clothes you wear, maybe you went from a size 12 down to a size 10 during that time frame. Your body might just be losing fat and gaining…

yeah it is insane, but fun!!! If you aren't use to really intense workouts I'd say work up to it slowly

yeah I get that alot from friends too. And it can really bring you down, when you are really trying to change not just your body, but your life and overall health. Yeah i notice that eating oatmeal for breakfast is the best thing ever. When i was on a low carb diet and i was only eating protein for breakfast, i felt like crap. But Oatmeal with honey and cinnamon for breakfast, literally makes my day
