I have the same problem. I learned in a self control class that to end a bad habit you have to change your environment and routine, and substitute the bad habit for a different one. And that habits don't disappear they just get substituted. So instead of snacking, try chewing on a piece of gum or something etc.

I have a problem with keeping sodium in check also. Anything that is a clean whole food, you don't have to worry about. Its all those canned frozen pre packaged meals that are loaded with sodium. I recently read that sea salt doesn't affect our body like refined salt does. So if you want to salt your meals, use sea salt…

lol, I have the opposite problem. I can't get my 2 year old to eat chicken nuggets for the life of me. I can't get him to eat ANY meat what so ever.

I was thinking the same thing! He prob. didn't reserach it before commenting. I'm starting day 1 today. I have been hypoglycemic my whole life (my mom said, even when I was a baby!), so i'm really hoping this will help ease up my symptoms.

sounds interesting, I might have to buy the book. Seems a lot healthier too. Even low cal diet can be unhealthy, a lot of the sugar free/low fat stuff has a lot of chemicals in it.

I briefly researched it. What is phase one about? What are the rules and what foods can you eat? It seems like a very good diet in my opinion.

Don't you just love husbands? Mine does the same thing. Its very frustrating. My husband went to Germany for 3 weeks and I lost about 7 pounds, when he came home I gained all the weight back. And of course hes over weight himself and could care less.

lol, my grandma is Russian and when I don't eat her cooking she says "u too skinny, eat eat." bla bla bla.... Try and eat something with high protein high fiber before dinner, that usually helps me.

I'm the exact same way! I wake up every morning doing great, watching my cals. etc. than once 8 or 9pm rolls around i'm doomed. I have realized though that if there's no healthy snacks in the house than i'm more likely to binge. So I make sure to always have a variety of snacks that are high in fiber and protein.

I've had cramps worse than what my labor was like! No joke! I also throw up too. up to 800 mg. of IBUPROFEN will help me feel only half as bad.

I get VERY dizzy when my allergies are acting up. Its awful.

Its only supposed to be 20 min (level 1) . There are 3 levels. I'm not sure how long the other ones are.

That hibachi grill does sound really good! I may be taking that route :)

If I remember correctly I think our Chinese Buffet does have a hibachi grill. Might have to try that out!
