Same thing happens to me and I've been doing p90x. Depending on how many calories I burn I sometimes eat up to 2000 calories. I'm not losing weight or inches so I know I'm eating too much but I can't help it, I'm just sooo hungry in the evening! My guess is that I need more protein.

I also, have had awful cellulite my entire life. Even when I was 120 lbs. I still avoided shorts because of my cellulite. I have no started p90x and even though I'm 150lbs I have noticed a great decrease in cellulite....can't wait until I finish the program to see the end results!

im on week four of p90x and haven't lost anything! Not even inches. Im a clean eater and log my food intake so I don't know what the deal is. I have read that those who are on insanity or p90x will loose most of their weight/inches in the last phase. It seems like your doing everything right though, keep it up..

They are all bad and full of GMO's. Find plain greek yogurt (organic) and puree strawberries and add them in there. Most yogurts have as much sugar as a candy bar!

It was easy for me to quit when I learned that it turns in formaldehyde in your body. POISON. That's enough reason to never drink that stuff again. Full of GMO's.

I used to do a ton of pilates in college, and got great results. It made my body leaner and I felt taller. I got lots of complements on my body, and people would ask me if I did ballet. I didn't loose any weight with pilates alone, you really don't burn much from pilates but it definitely transforms your body.

I hope not, but lately im starting to think they are :( The only time i've ever been able to loose weight successfully was by limiting carbs. For some reason calorie restriction doesn't work for me.

yep, same thing happened to me when I started 30ds a few years back. Also, I just started doing p90x and also gained weight. After 2-3 weeks I lost the weight I gained and now I'm hoping to start loosing. Good luck!

I looked at your diary and I see a lot of carbs. I would try and do more low carb and you'll prob. start to see the weight come off!

I make my own rub with epsom salt, olive oil, coffee grounds and brown sugar. I use it in the shower maybe twice a week, it makes my skin look much nicer and I don't even need to lotion afterwards....however i have not noticed a difference in my cellulite (I have a lot of it!). I would change it. I stay at home with my son all day and I considered that lightly active so I would def. think that your job is lightly active as well.

I would cut it out. I just bought some for my husband, (he begged me). And after we can home I looked at the ingredients and I was horrified. I'm sure you can make it yourself in a loaf pan and it could be a whole lot healthier. I've been thinking of doing this since my husband and son both love raisin bread.
