Is it bad to say that i gained weight since my two kids were born? As they got older i would eat their food so it would not go to waste. Plus they need snacks so i ate snacks too. Buying candy for potty training. Halloween candy in the house. Receiving chocolate at all the holidays. Most of that stuff somehow found their way into my mouth. I used to have the time to work out and prepare healthy meals. As our schedules became busier we were eating fast food and quicker less healthy meals just to get through the days. With MFP it allows me to schedule meals and plan healthier days. I have baby weight to lose (my wife has already told me that it would be crazy for me to write that). This is my attempt at a healthier lifestyle. I schedule when i feed my kids and put them to bed. Now i have to schedule my meals and workouts to fit into a busy work and home life. After reading back what i have written I cannot remember what i did during my spare time before the kids. My life 5 years ago before the two kids is so different. I feel like i am putting a lot of pressure on myself and MFP to succeed. When reading posts from other people i see that i am not alone and try to draw from other peoples strength. Thanks for writing everyone!

I'm still waiting for my dad to give birth to my younger brother or sister.... he's never lost the weight he started gaining while my mom was preggers.

    Now that's funny.

I totally understand and believe me you're not the only man out there in the same situation! It's all a matter of organization, discipline and lots of motivation. In the end, you do it for yourself!
Good luck my friend! You can do it!!
I am right beside you! ;-)
