  • I do! My husband is over weight and could care less. Its a struggle to feed myself healthy meals while he pigs out all night!
  • I have the same issue. However our water is very hard and my hair tends to get weird on me, so a tip i learned was to add baking soda to my soap and it makes my hair feel sooo much nicer!
  • I'm having the SAME problem. I workout everyday, and watch what I eat (most of the time), and haven't lost anything! I'm soooo frustrated I feel like throwing the towel. I eat tons of fiber and protien and lots of water with NO results. I feel like i'm at a dead end. I'll be reading this thread to see what others have to…
  • Biggby!
  • Its more like circuit training. Like 2 minutes of cardio (lots of jumping around!), then strength training and one minute of abs. I think each level is 30 minutes. I've been doing level 1&2 on demand from comcast. Its gives you a pretty intense workout in a small amount of time.
  • Just remember that you spent your whole life learning these awful eating habits and its going to take time to re-learn and apply them. If you make smaller goals each day like ie. eat 1500 calories a day rather than an extreme unreachable goal you will be more likely to succeed.
  • There is quite a bit of jumping! My furniture shakes when I do the workouts..lol However I really like the program, i've been doing it from on demand with Comcast and am thinking of buying the whole DVD.
  • I totally understand, i've had depression my whole life and exercise has never helped me either. Nor have I ever been on prescription meds. I use natural alternatives that are proven to work just as well as prozac. I have gotten good results with 5-htp and high doses of Niacin, Sam-e is good as well.
  • I have the same problem... I am ALWAYS hungry. I recently found that lots of fiber has helped keep my hunger at bay. I take fiber supp. as well as eating foods high in fiber along with LOTS of water and I've noticed that my eating has been cut in half!
  • I've had depression my whole life and i've never been on any meds for it. Instead i've taken natural supplements like 5-htp SAM-e and st. john's wort. Actually Niacin works the same way as prozac (in higher doses)!

  • I've been going through a lot of the same things as you....been up and down the diet roller coaster my whole life, but I have found lots of strength in this site, and I have no doubt that this community will help you through each day also!

  • No worries, I just ate 600 calories in oreos...lol.
  • I feel exactly the same way today. For the past two days i've been under my allowed calories and have been very proud of myself for that, however i've only gained weight and i'm so frustrated! I'm really re-thinking this whole diet thing. Honestly I don't even know how i'm going to get through today. I'm just taking it…

  • I'm glad to find another mom on here with the same issues! I gained way too much weight during my pregnancy (nearly 50 lbs) and now i'm really struggling to get back to where I was, but i'm confident that this time around I'll get to where I want to be!
