i have a cup of warm water, honey (1 tsp) and lime (1 small) every morning, a little before my workout. It kick starts the metabolism, warms your body up and makes skin glow. Also u can use some in plain yogurt for a facial, helps firm the skin :) Honey with your morning cereal and milk is good too.

I have PCOS and high blood sugar too (though not diabetes yet).... my doc and research said SBD should help... lets hope so :)

Thats awesome. Good luck on your holiday... i know my first few days are going to be tough but getting on here helps, so hopefully i'll get through it anf get rid of my sugar cravings.
