If wearing a speedo on the Florida panhandle does not get negative attention, then that settles it. Speedos are acceptable anywhere any time on any body. Wear whatever you'd like. It's no longer an issue. :happy:

hewoiscd: Congrats on reaching your goal weight. Go for below the mid point on your BMI range. The BMI range reflects the statistical average, but what's normal might not yet be healthy. Regards. Aske friends and family about Speedos you might be surprised.

Looking at sites and message boards around the net, it's about 50/50. Even most of those against seem to have a to each his/her own attitude. Small vocal minority are strongly opposed there were not any real haters out there.

Side stitch is a cramp in your diaphram. As you conditioning improves the stitch will stop happening. For relief try stretching out the muscle by raising your arm (on the same side as the stitch) over your head and bending to the oposite side. Good luck. Keep training.

Use it as an opportunity to educate. Tell them about BMI and %BF. Let them know where your are in the "healthy" range. This will also let them know where their weight is. With 2/3 of Americans being either overweight or obese it's possible that what's actually healthy is begining to look "skinny."

An open oozing wound that's a turn off (or a medical emergency which is a turn on if you're an EMT). A surgical scar no way. If it bothers you alot you might want to talk with a counselor to resolve your own feelings about it. :bigsmile:
