I would suggest balancing your meals. The carbs seem to be very high most days. Complex/slow digesting carbs will keep energy levels constant (looks like you may be having insulin spikes from too many simple carbs and you crash during the day). My advice would be to zigzag your calories meaning your daily minimum should be 1200-1500 cals or per MFP, but on alternating days take in 1800-2500cals (days you're very active, protein!) and drink lots of water like an .5 to 1oz per lb.
