I'm 5'3 & my current weight is 165 & my goal weight is 120. I chose 120 because I was 117 & still had curves & looked great & was healthy so I figure 120 would be a good goal weight. Current measurements Breast: 37 Waist: 32 Stomach: 40 Hips: 43 1/2 Thighs: 25 1/2 I'm a work in progress, it's not easy but I'm doing it.

My husband is awesome, he supports me, he tells me I'm beautiful even when I'm at my worst. he works 12hr shifts & still helps me do my mile runs in the evenings & my 30days shred in the mornings. He's my major support system! & he's just awesome lol

Monday weight in did not put a smile on my face lol but on to do lv2day1 of the 30DS then c25k later on this evening. I started on nov.1 but I've took a day off so today will make L1d5 my plan is to do 5 days at 1, 5 days at 2 & 5 days at 3 then just repeat so I don't get bored but I still get my 10 days for each level. Feel free to add me if you'd like just let me know Your for 30day shred
