lol thank you, thats what i was saying everyone keeps talking about hotdogs and nuggets, all she wanted to know is if it was healthy and if anyone had been raised or have raised a child that way, she wasnt asking how much it was or how bad supplements were..lol..people get so high strung on here.

i dont understand why everyone keeps saying chicken nuggets and hotdogs..lol..op never said anything about that. but to answer your post, shes gonna be a new mom, and if she is being pressured by her boyfriend, then maybe she'll wise up. she should be discussing these matters with the babies pedi, and not doing…

If you've already set your goals up and have a daily calorie allowance, then basically all you do is log what you eat( either by entering the calories if you know them or by searching the food name) and also tracking you calories ( the same way either entering the calories burned if you know them or searching the exercise)

my ordeal is a little different, my husband would walk and run with me stuff like that but would not do any of my workouts with me. He would incourage me and stuff like that but just wouldnt join in. my highest weight (during pregnancy) was 190lbs at 20 yrs old highest (non-pregnancy) weight was i think aboiut 179lbs at 20yrs old.
