Hey there! My name is Christy, originally from the US (Iowa) but studying abroad in New Zealand. Loving life and trying like hell to lose weight and mainly get fit! I am a great motivator and would love some help from others in that department too!

    nice to meet you, I'm from across the pond in London & work as a psychiatric nurse, I've been a yo-yo dieter just about all my life, this time I'm going for a change of lifestyle approach & finally embracing some fitness & exercise ;)
