Thanks for all the replies everyone. I do measure most of my portions like cereal pasta and rice etc, my pants are a little looser so I guess I must be doing something right lol I am looking into buying a hrm because I.could be over estimating my calories burned and maybe that could have something to do with it.

so is the bmr what i should be eating to lose weight or what? i still dont understand that part though. i do like the idea of over and under estimating calories and exercise.

Thanks ladies for all the replies, when I first started months ago it was set at 1200 but I wasn't losing anything and I got so frustrated that I gave up then I've recently restarted lol and I set it to 1350 and I've been losing about 0.5-1 lbs a week. Starting weight: 168.6 (yesterday 11/30) Current weight: 167.4 Goal weight : 117 Struggles: staying away from the sweets it's so hard when theyre stalking me (lol) Exercise: waiting ony turbo jam to come in but in the mean time 30day shred (30 mins) every other day & walking (an hour) in between that NSV: none yet :(
