  • I'm starting Diet Chef again tomorrow, I lost 17lbs in 2 months using it last year and really enjoyed it. The breakfasts are a little meagre but I always add a banana and some yummy fat free yogurt to it to bulk it out a bit.   • Hi! I started Diet Chef yesterday . . . . Granola - gorgeous, cheese bites - gorgeous, butternut squash and coconut soup - gorgeous, salmon and vegetable bake - never again!!!!! Ham and Sweetcorn chowder - YUM!!!! Reserving judgement on the Lasagne until later! Hope you're enjoying whatever you're eating today! Mel
