  • I found this website very helpful: http://www.shouldieatmyexercisecalories.com/
  • I find that when I'm not satisfied, even though I've eaten, it's my body telling me it's low on vitamins or nutrients. Munch on some veggies (dip them in hummus, for extra protein), make sure you're drinking enough water. Good luck :)
  • Thanks, everyone! I don't feel so bad about eating later now :) PS: I found this article, also on the LiveStrong website - http://www.livestrong.com/article/441414-is-eating-late-at-night-bad-for-weight-control/
  • It's the booze that'll get you! Beer is super high in calories, and hard liquor is just waiting to turn into sugar once you drink it. I agree with the first reply: exercise regularly (see if your college has a gym), balance out what you eat and...watch the booze!
  • I find daily exercise reduces PMS symptoms (and makes my period lighter). I usually crave chocolate, so I drink skim milk with Nesquik (the 1/3 less sugar one). Good luck!

  • I just started a running program that my uncle used when he started running (he's now a multi-time Boston Marathon runner, and multiple Ironman). It was created by Budd Coates (giving credit where credit is due) Walk for 20 minutes a day for four days, then increase to 30 minutes a day for four more days. Then your legs…

  • I have the same problem. I do one of two things: 1) Drink a big glass of water (it fills my stomach) 2) I brush my teeth, because no one likes to eat food once their pearly whites are so fresh and minty Hope this helps :)
