I am totally on board with having those treats!!! In fact I LOVE em! But so often I could easily fall into the trap after every workout that I worked hard or I worked hard all week so I really deserve to choose one too many treats. Life should be enjoyed!! But I honestly believe all in moderation.

I agree with a few others... abs are made in the kitchen. It took me along time to come to this realization. Once I did they started making an appearance. I just made a video on 10 tips for abs that have helped me. Let me know if you want to see it. But awesome job on the 30 lbs!!! Be so proud of yourself!

I hear ya! My wanting to binge time is usually around 3:30 when the kids are getting home from school and I am in the kitchen and hungry myself and sometimes it just wants to take over.
