I haven't thought of cocoa!!

I eat oatmeal every day! Love it! Currently I am loving old fashioned oats made with almond milk and almond butter. Then add diced apples, raisins, chia seeds, cinnamon, walnuts and a drizzle of pure maple syrup. The other one I do a lot is similar but with raisins, cinnamon, honey, chia and walnuts. I like to play around…

INCLINES! Yes I always forget about them. I will add them in next time.

The hershey kisses I put in my kids lunch. I put just one in for each of them and I could easily just keep indulging in them!! I don't.

Give it a try! I love running! It's a great high. I will say that it took me a while before I really liked it. But eventually I did! And now it's my go to workout.

Have you tried icing it? and stretching? If it still hurts then maybe some time off and starting doing some strength training to build muscle.

How is your breathing? Sometimes I get those side aches when I am not hydrated enough or my breathing is off. Can you stop and take some deep breaths and do some side stretches?

And I see that decisions is spelled wrong and I didn't fix it. LOL

So you have the choice each DAY to make decisions. Ones that make you happy and feeling great and strong and healthy or ones that leave you feeling crappy and blah. No one but YOU is in charge!!! Decide TODAY to make a go of it today. Things just don't change overnight... it takes time. You didn't gain the weight back over…

Your weight will fluctuate. Just remember each day you are taking steps toward the bigger goal. Enjoy the journey because you are learning so much on your way!!!

No more excuses!! Go it and do it. When you need help ask someone in there. Most are eager to help!! If it's a such a big issue get an at home workout program for weights. I have done this for the past few years and am in the best shape of my life without needing a weight room at the gym.

follow a Clean Eating diet!!
-
I agree with many others that say to eat more!! And increase your lean protein. Are you getting enough water?
-
Reevaluate what you are eating as far as calories in, and what actual foods you are eating. If there is still a lot of sugar in your diet, that could be a cause.
-
That is great!!
-
Try eating a bit more. ANd what are you doing for exercise? Are lifting weights? Because if you are building lean muscle then you might not see the scale move as much, but will notice inches lost. So don't go a ton by the scale.

You CAN and you WILL!!!!

Right about the more than can handle. I remind myself of that all the time.

Yes exactly no matter your belief... Let go of those little things. They don't matter in the big picture.

Thanks!

I just started from my highest weight right before birth. I don't think there is right or wrong answer though.

Do you start your day with a plan of exactly what food you will be eating? When I decided to focus on what I was eating and clean up my diet I made a meal plan for the entire day of what I would be eating: Breakfast, am snack, lunch, pm snack, dinner. Ask yourself if you want to "undo" the hard work from the beginning of…

I haven't been in a gym in years. With 3 small children it's too hard. But haven gotten in the best shape at home. Gotta love that!!

I eat 5-6 times a day... bfast, am snack, lunch, pm snack, dinner and sometimes a snack small before bed. This has worked for me. I follow a mostly clean diet and along with adding strength training in my metabolism is pretty high and I find now I couldn't go without eating any of those meals. Sometimes it takes some…
