Before I gained weight I would only use the treadmill and stairmaster, since then I tried the treadmill but found that my body was not ready for it...so I stick with the elliptical which is easier. Fruit smoothie with toast. Breakfast should be your heaviest meal with a high carb intake for energy throughout the day (via my gym trainer). So fruit, toast and skim milk is ideal too. Best.

Have you tried the Cotsco "All natural kind"? It is the best I have had, good size and around 150 cal...seriously though, you will love it. Best.
