I second the above comment, whey protein is great. I like soy products but between "protein shakes," whey is the way to go.

I am using the Gold Standard Whey Protein, easy to make into shakes and also you can make protein bars that count as a meal with it. Best.

Hi, My trainer told me that if I have to eat late I should choose healthy fats, high protein, low carbs, and no starchy foods. As these can be used and broken down for maintenance during the night. Best.

I used asics with gel insoles forever, but then I decided to try Reebok's realflex and have been addicted to them ever since. They are really comfortable and help with my landing - preventing ankle and knee injuries. Best.

Protein shakes are great, almost no sugar and low calories in them. Personally I like "Gold Standard Whey Protein" I don't eat any kind of meat so that is my main protein source. Best.

I know what you mean. Before I found this site I went from 267 to 241 in one month, but I was unable to pass the 241 mark for about two weeks...until this morning 240.2 :) My point is this, give it time...switch your workout a bit, do different machines, different settings and times etc. Best.
