You do need to eat to lose. I found it hard to believe when I first started out but now I'm a firm believer in that. If you don't eat enough then your body will go into starvation mode. Thanks. I do strength training, lifting weights 4-5 times a week. I try to eat back the calories but it's hard for me to eat so much. I think maybe I have to eat things that are higher in calories but still good for you.
