great question and love some of the information given (mostly posting so I can keep fallowing this) personally I drink 8-10cups per day if for some reason I`m under 8 I don`t feel right so I try to get at least the 8cups in

I only do around 30 min cardio max around 45 and put more focus into free weights I normally spend an hour or more in the weight section and see better results this way than when I used to just do tons of cardio ETA= cardio 3days a week weights every other day

I don`t look around when I`m at the gym I`m there to get in , get done and get home lol no time to check out the other people and what they are doing. ( short answer just focus on what you have to get done and don`t worry about anyone else )

I normally gain 3-5pounds during that time but 2or3days after it passes I loose that bloat and if I`m working on loosing I have lost some as well. ( I just came off maintaining threw the holiday season )

^^ well said and if you watch said a-holes lift most of them are lifting wrong and will sooner or later end up hurt :( at least that's what I have been seeing with the block heads at my gym.
