I have a large living room in my home and once the kids are in bed for the night I will turn the tv on and just walk the outskirt of the living room to up my steps for the day I average 15000-20000 each day ( fitbit tracked )

my go to fast food is wendy`s chilli Love it and its filling. Normally would order a small chilli with cheese ( two cracker packs ) and a Med. size natural Lemonade and be quite happy :)

make sure MFP is set to sendentary (not active) as fitbit will track your actually movement threw the day and give you back cal`s as needed. any jog is better than no jog :) I rotate speeds on the treadmill using the 5K program normally (sometimes do hilly) speed 4.6 for 5min then walk a min then 5.3 for 3 min and rotate until the program ends.

I`m still using my fitbit Ultra ( the older version ) and Love it if it ever dies I`ll replace it so Yes IMO its worth it :)

I use body fortress brand and really like chocolate , strawberry , chocolate peanut butter and the cookies and cream also mix it with some Almond milk , and some frozen fruit is awesome or in some hot steal cut oats in the morning yum :)
