if you are on a calorie negative is it possible for a man to bulk? I have a friend that is saying he can loose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I suggested that he try to either cycle cut and bulk or cut first then bulk. ( other than starter gains can he bulk on a negative cal ). links would be great if you have them…

Anyone with Treadmill ever have this happen
