today is my daughters 5th birthday 
I want to log my cupcake for the day white cake with wipped cream frosting (about an inch thick hide but it was yummy) I only had one but not sure what to give it for cals

Enter the cake and the frosting separately. Estimate how the cupcake compares to a normal portion of cake -- (like 2 pieces, 1.5 pieces), and enter that much cake, then enter the frosting -- you can't get closer than a guess, but it'll be closer than not entering it.0
