What's the one food you can't (or refuse) to say no to??

For me it's cheesecake... our company has luncheons for customers on a pretty regular basis and I'm pretty good about not indulging in the leftovers (since they are always left for those not included in the actual luncheon) but if they had cheesecake for dessert and there is some left-it's mine!!! No matter what :blushing:

Pizza. I don't refused myself any food, or I'll just want it more. I eat it in moderation.0

Rice- I love it as much as I love my fiancé! I try to only have it once a week but if i don't have it ,watch out - super crank mode.
I gave up smoking and am trying to give up coca cola... oh how I love coca cola...0 -
Most recently it is the Crunchy Rice Rollers from Costco. To me they taste like sugar crisp cereal! I open the package, they are only 45 calories each roll, but when you eat all 8 in the bag that is bad news! I can't buy them anymore because I can't control how many I eat.0

I have a really hard time, with of all tings, CheezeIts!! If I get started IU could easily eat at least half the box....preferably with milk! I don't keep them in the house!0

Beef. I can abstain if it's not in front of me, but if it is I won't eat for the rest of the day just so I can indulge in hamburgers, or pot roast, or steak. Yum.0

Hi there, I literally cannot go to the cinema and not get Nachos with cheese sauce, it's like my cryptonite. Hence why I try and limit my trips to the cinema lol, at 800 calories a go I should know better but they are so amazingly more-ish :S
It might not show below (because I haven't been filling it in on the app properly) but I have lost 6lbs so far. Onwards and upwards
Great reading everyone's posts

I don't refused myself any food just limit the amount to what fits in my cal count for that day. I guess my worst food choice is (really a drink ) pepsi regular full sugar love it0

Pepsi. If it not in the house, or I am not at a restaurant, I never drink it. Otherwise, it may not go well for me....
And cheese. I still find ways to fit it in because of the protein and calcium. And because...cheese.
I promised my family that I would make my famous homemade macaroni and cheese a little later this week. Wish me luck!0 -
Rye bread. Especially when its rye bread and swiss cheese with spinach and tomato all nice and grilled.....
Also, all things sweet. Lately, brownies and ice cream. When I can fit it, of course. It's much easier when I'm home to enjoy sweets because I also work out a lot more when I'm at home. At the program I'm enrolled in, I'm allotted little to no time for exercise each day. Besides, the sweets from my work are tried and trusted, so I like the way they taste better, but believe me, Im not super picky when it comes to sweets :laugh:0 -
Cheese is a hard one. I've been trying to go vegan for a long time, but I just can't wean myself off of cheese!
But the worst thing for me is candy. Baked goods I can resist; they're not sweet enough (all that extra flour and milk just ruins it!) But pure, sweet high fructose corn syrup candy? Yup, that's absolutely my kryptonite. I have to hid it to keep myself from binging, or else it doesn't last long. I know it's completely horrible and practically not even food, but I have a terrible sweet tooth. :blushing:
Sometimes I dream about walking into the dollar store after winning the lottery. Oh, how much candy could I buy! Mhmm, I would drown happily with a grin on my fat face.0 -
Steak, hamburgers, chicken wings, and beer. I never make/buy any of that myself, but if I'm at a cook-out or something, I eat everything in the world. But such things are rare enough that I don't feel bad about it when I do over-indulge.0
