I have a 32oz water bottle with a straw (the straw is key with out it I drink much less) but I fill and drink that cup at least 4 times each day

I pre-fer progressive chicken noodle low sodium when I have to use a canned soup (prefer homemade) but if your water is in check sodium isn`t going hurt from one can of soup

just the fact that I USE my kitchen now is the biggest change. Squats, lunges, dead lifts & running is great (lifting heavy is defently the way to go)

Running / lifting or what ever else I originaly had planned for the day I don`t let TOM dictate my exercise and in fact a good workout make cramps lessen or go away
