  • What I do is portion it out.. wrap it or bag it, label and freeze. I have quite a *stash* when i really feel like it and sometimes I don't bother because it's frozen... or I just *nuke* it if i can't wait :laugh:

  • I use a corn tortilla and make myself an individual pizza.. load it up with veggies (including spinach) top with turkey pepperoni and mozz.. heat in 400F oven for about 8 minutes.. averages 300 cal for the whole thing.. yum,.. LOL
