The higher effort you put into exercise, the more calories you burn. Your heart rate is higher during the running/fast walking so you burn more calories in a shorter time.

You should be eating an extra 500 calories for exclusively breastfeeding :)

Don't stop accounting for them. I use my 1200 and then allow myself 200-300 more for breastfeeding calories. When I started reducing my calories my supply did take a hit, so if it's really important to you (as it is to me:) then eat your bf calories.

Completed L1D3 last night. Scale is going up, but I expected that. Think I'll check my measurements on Monday and skip the scales for a week or so :)

Completed L1D2 last night at 10 pm. I'm determined to get this workout in at least 6 days a week, even if I have to do it at bedtime :yawn: This is my second round, so not too sore, thank goodness!

I want in too! This will be my second round. I had such great results the first time, I'm really looking forward to seeing what round 2 brings. I just started last night, so tonight's workout will be L1D2.
