Almonds are great and I know they're good for you but they tick me off. I'm a quantity eater and it never looks like I'm getting much bang for my buck.

I'm 5'10 255, my husband is 6' 165. It's not that big of a deal for us, he doesn't seem to mind. I don't worry about it as much as I did when we first started dating. I used to be scared to sit on his lap, afraid I'd smoosh him. Not so much anymore. When I learned he wasn't as fragile I as I thought he was and when I…

We used to. We never fell asleep unless his arm was around me. Not so much now. I need at least 6" of space. Night sweats and hot flashes are no joke. I can't have anyone near me.

Being able to wear a shirt I bought last year but it was too tight around my middle to wear. Since I discovered I can wear it, I've worn it three days in a row! (I did wash it in between though.)

I'm barely out of my 30's, turned 40 in April and a Mama to a 7 year old daughter and step mom to two other girls, 15 and 20 but they don't live with me. All friends are welcome.

I like mine runny. If I get them too thick I just can't eat it. I normally put as my base 1/3 cup oats 1 TBSP chia seeds 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp agave nectar then I put in various things, usually dark chocolate chips, banana, blueberries, strawberries and PB2 in different combinations. If you'd like it mushy…

This is a great thread. I wish I had time to read through it all right now but I will for sure when I get home tonight. My why is deeper than I normally admit. I have the jokes on my bulletin board at work "I stay fat because it just would not be fair to all the thin people if I were this good looking, intelligent, funny…

Me too. I had a bit of a hard time coming up with an answer because I buy clothes I love now. I more love the fact I'll be able to shop in more brick and mortar stores so I can try things on and do less online shopping. It's hard in my little town to find clothes to fit me and not look like something Granny would wear.

I want a nice fitted button up shirt. Currently all of my shirts are pull over or the button ups I do have I wear unbuttoned so they won't gap over my belly and boobs. Also some pretty flowy skirts that show my awesome legs.

Sounds good!

I agree with this! Just because you're trying to lose weight don't think that means you can't eat good stuff. I think one of the main keys to success is not depriving yourself of the things you love. Cut back, sure. Cut out, no way. It has to be do-able long term for it to stick! that said. I'm trying to lose close to 100…

I weigh every day but only log my weight once a week. I'm pretty in tune with my body and weight fluctuations so I don't let the day today changes bother me.

Lunch - turkey and dressing, green beans, corn, a roll and banana pudding

It's actually pretty good. I've had it in the past and didn't mind it at all. Now I just have the real thing though because I have a sensitivity to sucralose.
