Zumba burns more calories than most people think...I'm an instructor and believe me when you work out high energy in Zumba you WILL burn the calories..

jHoney is a natural sugar and especially raw honey...it is what I use all the time when I want some sweet in my tea or whatever...

Not often....just depends on what I might be eating that you just have to have a glass of milk with...I eat lots of Greek yogurt to get that dairy in...

Its just water retention..nothing to worry about..try something i tried to get rid of some bloating i had: I upped my protein, drank more water than usual..cut sugars and other carbs to almost non-existent for about two days and my bloat went away...

Awesome job!!! If you happen to go and look at my pics in my profile, you'll see my before pic...I was 200lbs and I'm barely 5ft 1in. I now weigh 118lbs......that was my goal and I made it!!!!

^^^ EXACTLY!!!! I know many that come to my class feel funny at first, but when they realize everyone has been there and they aren't watching them, they get into it and have fun!!! They have fun with it and that's the best part...HAVE FUN!!

You don't need rhythm to do Zumba!! It's just about moving at your fitness level and speed....You do Zumba to how you can do it..But just KEEP moving!! You will get infected with the fever of it!!!

^^ What she said!! I'm an instructor and classes like these are THE BOMB!!!! You have to have it fun in the classes to keep the interest of the people coming to the class....If it's boring, they will leave.

How long have you been stuck? If it's not long don't worry..if it's gone on for more than 2 weeks, then I'd try some shake up. When I hit a plateau, which was about 4 or 5 weeks, I ended up zig-zagging my calories...I'd eat high cals on some days and lower cals on the other days, but it still equaled out to the same amount…
