The old WW worked for me...but I've heard back and forth on the new points system...it may just be that the new WW isn't going to work for you..I really don't believe it works for every one...the new one that is...just because I've heard back and forth.... It seems more people lost on the old system...

Oh and Cinnamon applesauce in brownies instead of oil...actually is really good in brownies...it gives it just a bit of a different taste, but it is good! Even my kids liked them!

Mines weird...It doesn't matter what I set mine on (except for maintain calories) it's always 1200 calories...I do eat back most of my exercise calories though and there are some days when I don't exercise that I barely eat the 1200 as I get so busy doing other things, it seems.... I believe different versions of crunches are better. Standing, lying down, pilates types(the 100 comes to mind)....they do strengthen your abdominals, I believe better. this one works really well to get it strengthened too and I like to use it: lie flat out on floor...hands/arms alongside head straight...Bring yourself up…

Try some calorie zig zagging too...different calorie amounts daily with it being the same total amount for the whole week...it helped me lose the last 5lbs I needed to after I was stuck for weeks at the same..it takes a little bit for your body to adjust but it works..at least for me it did...
