If I'm not eating enough, I've found I'll not lose a thing..sometimes gain. If I take in too much sodium that will do it and so will soda or fizzy drinks....gets me bloating.. Also, when its close to that time of the month, I'll gain as much as 6lbs before I start....Water retention!!

You need to check out a health food store and see what they offer so it won't have artificial sweeteners...

Eating less fruit because of trying to keep your sugar intake low, is not the greatest to do...It's a NATURAL sugar, therefore different than processed sugar for your body... Try some Boca burgers...I eat whatever yogurt I want to, even with the sugar in it as long as it's fat free/light (yoplait light fat free) at least…

I love Atkins High Protein/Low Carb and VERY low sugar...the sugar content is like 1-2 grams per serving...And they actually TASTE good!!!

QM...don't have them in the house! =) Its the best way to keep from eating them in the evening...and if you just HAVE to have some sweets in the evening..get the sugar free kind....It helps...

Seriously, if you don't eat back your calories, you won't lose weight...But it needs to be healthy food not any junk foods... I found this out by my own experience..when I eat my calories..as many as is possible, I lose weight. When I don't, I do not lose weight..I'll maintain and sometimes gain...

If you want to lose belly fat...up your protein and cut out all white processed foods (sugar, white bread, white rice, white pasta and cut out potatoes of any kind for 30 days) And CARDIO like crazy!! Cut back about 1/2 on dairy.....

I'm an instructor who has done them in regular sneakers, stocking feet and now dance sneakers...I highly recommend the dance sneakers!! You will hurt yourself unless you can adjust everything you're doing in regular sneakers...Too much tread and not enough slip, and you'll hurt yourself!

This is what one of my friends explained to me about eating all the calories... basically the reason you would eat back the calories is....if I am eating 1200 cals a day (already a deficiency of 890 cal) and then I workout and burn 1000 cals a day, I am only netting 200 cals a day, so your body would go into starvation…
