I too am tired from being a mother. I made myself start exercsing in the morning even if it's just for 20min. Believe it or not it will give you energy for the day. If I wait til the end of the day I just can't do it. That's why I started doing it in the morning and it helped.

I am taking back my ability to say no to food especially when I just want a snack and I'm not even hungry.

I feel your pain. The few times when I have let myself have fast food I felt so guilty and and then the grease (or whatever else is in the food) made me sick all day. Totally not worth it.

I don't have pictures but I am on day 3 of level 3 and I am seeing my body change. I have a vow renewal ceremony with my husband in a week and the dress I got was too tight and now it's loose. So that would be my success story. It definitely works!

I have noticed a difference after doing Jillian Michales workouts. She does certain weight exercises just for that area. One that focuses on that area is her No More Trouble Zones workout. Hope that helps.

I love to jog but I find I need a break at least once a week. Also, make sure you're eating enough. Running takes A LOT out of you so make sure you eat. Good luck!

I am in the exact same place! Once I hit 185 I sit here for months! Then I get discourgaed and think "why am I doing this to myself and not seeing results?" and I give up and gain about 10 pounds. I am so discouraged right now! I hope you get some good answers.

Also Jillian Michaels has a dvd called " No More Trouble Zones" that works you very hard. I do that one a lot and I really like it. It's long (55min) but when you're done you are dripping and you know you've worked hard. I have lost 1.25" off my waist in the last 5 weeks doing that dvd 5x a week.

Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" has a lot of exercises that are great for the arms and has some cardio in there too. It helps you burn a lot of calories so you get rid of the fat and work on the muscle underneath. I love it.

Don't worry about getting all the moves right when you first start. If you're moving, you're burning calories. I look like a drunk chicken when I am learnng a new routine and not much better when I learn it! LOL. Just be able to laugh at yourself and enjoy the class. Good for you for even going. You can do this!!!

My husband and I are running the 1/2 marathon at Disney in 2013! Maybe we'll see you there lol! When we started out we could only jog 2 min without passing out and now we have done 5K together and are training all the time. Thanks for your story. It lets me know I CAN do this!!!

I don't have a HRM yet so I add it as dancing. I don't know if it really gives the right amount though. I always feel like I burned more than that. I figure at this point since I'm not eating back my exercise calories that it doesn't matter. My body knows how much I've burned!

The Zumba dvd set I have has one dvd that is for instruction only. Maybe you don't have this one? One does exist though.

You may need to switch up what exercises you're doing. Your body gets used to the same thing over and over again. I also agree with the above poster. You need to up your calorie intake a little bit. Good luck!
