I happened to look at my profile last night and one of the goals I had set was to have the stamina to run a 5k. Since making that goal I have done a 5k AND a half marathon! I guess I can cross that off my list. That certainly motvated me today.
I am on level 2 of the 30 day shred and while I was doing it today my eyeballs were dripping. I think that woman may kill me. I have done JM workouts for years but this one is kicking my butt. I just got my cast off of my leg a week and half ago so that may be a part of it, but mostly I just think it's just very hard.…
