I have a question. Do you eat the calories that you burn when you work out? Like if you burn 500 during a workout do you eat that much extra to make up for it? I try to not eat whatever calories I burn when I work out and just stay in the 1450 that I'm allowed. What's your opinion about that?

If you are exercising a lot then you need to be replacing your proteins. I have learned that from jogging. Eggs are really good for that. I also do an apple with sugar free peanut butter. I had a hysterectomy about 6 years ago and when they did it they had to cut my lower belly so now my lower belly is flabby. I hate it. I am looking forward to having a flatter belly.
