get your blood pressure checked and definitely get seen by a doctor do more meditative workouts like yoga. do NOT ignore the migraines and do not assume it's just that you should go get checked out!

season it with parsley and garlic.. and stuff tomato with it..... bake in oven or serve like that... drizzle very lightly with extra virgin olive oil and eat with some lean protein like fish or chicken... sooooooo yummy
