I did this the first week too. Only had about 15 lbs to lose, but lost like 2lbs the first week. I chalk it up to water weight and cutting out all the junk. Lost nothing the next week then have been slowly losing since. Good luck!

I TOTALLY agree! I felt this way all weekend after getting on the scale on first day of TOM...big mistake! Up 2.2lbs. Very discouraged.
