Sometimes life gets in the way of eating healthy or what you prepare. I have a family, I work 40 hours a week, I have a house to clean, I go to the gym 5 - 6 days a week so preparing my own food is a little difficult even with planning meals. I eat fast food on occasion. My hats off to those who eat what they've prepared…

I wear a hat, it's the best way to keep sweat out of my face because I sweat, I am usually dripping by the time I leave. I am not there to look good, I could care less about how people think I look. Sorry! For me, the gym is not a social place, I got to work out and working out means sweating. It's working for me!

I do not and I use a HRM. I burn more calories running and I just discovered that I can run or jog as I call it. I've been doing it for a couple of months and I love it. I improve (or get faster) every week. I am wanting to run a 5K in May.

I disagree also. I don't believe skipping any meal is a good idea. It's not healthy!

Moderation, moderation, moderation! BOTTOM LINE IS CALORIES! I always look at the website and decide for myself what I want eat . I do eat there ..........gasp :). Not often but I do!

I have to Polar FT4 and I love it. I got it at Amazon for around $60.00. It has helped to keep up with the actual calories burned.

Zumba is by far my favorite class! I love it. I've done just about all of them except for spin. I also enjoy kick boxing. Just try one and see what you enjoy the most. My advise is to try it more than once because sometimes it get overwhelming for a new person especially if you have trouble following the steps or moves,…

I had Strep Throat a few weeks ago and did not work out for a whole week. I did go to the dr and get meds for it. But if I am really sick then I do not work out. Your body is already in enough stress trying to fight off the sickness.

Elliptical is my favorite! But I've started jogging, a little and I do Zumba 2X's a week! Right at this moment I am on Day 11 of the 30 Day Shred because I wanted to do a little more toning.:laugh:

Sorry but I disagree. I am 5' 7" tall and in HS I weighed a whopping 118 lbs. I was thin as a rail (they called me bean poll) and no I do NOT want to be that weight again!

I am on L1D10 of 30 Shred,starting L2 in the morning and I do Zumba on Mondays and Fridays. Those are the days the gym offers the class. I LoVe Zumba! It s so much fun.

I am still at it. I will start level 2 tomorrow. I peeked at it on Sat. There may be a few moves that I won't be able to do. We will see! But after 10 days of Level 1, I can say the soreness did go away and the workouts have gotten somewhat eaiser. I am not as winded!! BUT I still get the feeling that I've accomplished…

I limit my in take of Coke Zero to 1.5 cans a day. But I also drink tons of water. :happy:

I started it Sat and I am loving it!! I can FEEL it working! Yes, feel the burn. I have read so many great reviews that I thought I would see how it works for me!! Good Luck to everyone!
