  • Have you ever seen biggest loser? They make them run from day one and some of them weigh over 400 lbs! The person who told you that doesnt know what they are talking about!
  • You look AMAZING! Such an inspiration!
  • I try and keep my <100 grams per day and I get most of those carbs from fruits and veggies. At first it totally sucked...like probably the first 2 weeks. My body was just craving carbs! I loved bread but now I dont really even like it anymore. In fact eating a lot of carbs now makes me feel sick. I actually feel so much…
  • I normally stay around 100 carbs a day and lost 5 pounds in a week! I dont think doing low carb is unhealthy...you should go watch the documentary 'Fathead'. You can find it on Netflix and Hulu. Its about low carb...its very interesting!
  • I do this also! I stay away from bread, pasta, rice...but I eat tons of fruits and veggies! I normally stay around 100 carbs or less per day and most of the carbs I get are from fruits and veggies! I have lost 4 pounds in a week so it has worked well for me! You just have to find what works best for you! Good luck!
  • If you are over on something that is a good thing to be over on! You do need more protein especially when you are exercising. I think that MFP sets protein really low. I always go over on protein and have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks so I think you are ok if you are going over.
  • I have been doing low carb for the past week and that is the only way I can lose weight(I have done it before and it worked great for me)! I have tried calorie counting and didnt lose hardly anything! Also I watch the fat I take in...I eat tons of fruits and veggies in fact that is most of my diet and where I get the carbs…
  • I personally wouldnt do it. 3 of my aunts have done it and they all lost a ton of weight but all 3 of them gained it back + some! They all wish that they wouldnt have done it. You basically starve yourself so when the diet is over and you start eating normal you start gaining. One of my aunts said she couldnt stop…

  • I pretty much feel the same way! I feel satisfied with the calories I am given everyday w/out exercise calories. It would be hard for me to eat my exercise calories too...I would feel like I am eating too much!
  • What dont you like about your Fuji? Just curious! My brother in law owns a shop and they sell fuji and jamis brands. I ride a Jamis and so does my husband but he did have a Fuji before his Jamis and loved it! He likes his Jamis better though...maybe its because it cost about double what his Fuji cost so its nicer...
  • Yeah I dont run :)! I hate it and cant stay motivated! That is why I am so excited about biking because I LOVE it and it is a great workout! I cant wait to get a full carbon! We didnt want to get one to start just in case I didnt like biking but I think I might get one next summer!
  • You ride a century once a month?! That is crazy! And awesome! Biking is seriously so fun! My husband has been doing it for 3 years and I just started like a month or so ago and I cant believe it took me so long! I love it!
  • My husband has a Fuji mountain bike and we both ride Jamis. My husbands work is a fuji and Jamis dealer! I cant get enough of it either! Its too fun and in my opinion addicting!
  • Yeah it is expensive to start with everything you need to get! My husband works for my brother in laws bike business so we get everything at wholesale so that helps a ton as far as cost but still expensive! My mom has a hybrid and LOVES it! Biking is probably my favorite exercise out of everything! Its so fun!
  • Agreed! Yogurt based Bolthouse farms is SO good! I just discovered it and I am in love!
